By using MB2S Connect (operated by MB2S Tech), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this service in compliance with the Meta WhatsApp Business Policy. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your recipients have opted-in to receive messages from you. Any account bans resulting from spamming are the sole responsibility of the user.

2. Subscription & Billing

MB2S Connect operates on a subscription model. Messaging costs are billed directly by Meta to your linked payment method. Our subscription fee covers the use of our software and infrastructure.

3. Limitation of Liability

MB2S Connect is a tool for facilitating messaging. We are not responsible for any business losses, account suspensions, or data loss resulting from Meta's API changes or user error.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that are found to be violating Meta's Terms of Service or engaging in malicious activity.
