Welcome to MB2S Connect, operated by MB2S Tech. Your privacy is critically important to us. This policy describes how we handle data to ensure compliance with Meta's WhatsApp Business API standards.

1. Information We Collect

To provide the MB2S Connect service, we collect and process the following categories of data:

Business Account Data: Your Meta Business Account ID, Phone Number ID, and authorized Access Tokens.
Customer Phone Numbers: The contact lists you upload to facilitate bulk messaging campaigns.
Message Logs: Metadata and logs of messages sent and received via the API to provide delivery and read receipts.
Usage Data: Technical logs and analytics to improve the performance and security of our platform.

2. How We Process Your Data

MB2S Connect acts as a service provider. We process your data exclusively to facilitate bulk WhatsApp messaging through the official Meta WhatsApp Business API.

All sensitive data, including Meta Access Tokens and customer lists, are stored using industry-standard AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption in our secure cloud databases (including Supabase). We do not sell, rent, or trade your customer lists or message logs to any third parties.

3. User Opt-Out & Control

We strictly adhere to Meta's messaging policies. Any recipient of a message sent via MB2S Connect can opt-out of future communications by replying with "STOP", "UNSUBSCRIBE", or using the provided opt-out button in the message template. Our system automatically processes these requests and blocks the associated phone number from all future campaigns instantly.

4. Data Deletion & Your Rights

You have the right to request the complete deletion of your business account and all associated data (including contact lists and message logs) from our servers.

5. Meta Data Processing

By using our app, you acknowledge that your data is also processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. in accordance with their WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Meta Privacy Policy.
