We collect basic business information required by the Meta WhatsApp Business API, including your Business Account ID, Phone Number ID, and access tokens. We also store contact lists provided by you to facilitate bulk messaging.
We only use your data to facilitate bulk WhatsApp messaging via the official Meta Cloud API. We do not sell your contact lists to third parties. All Meta Access Tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM.
MB2S Connect respects user choices. Any recipient can opt-out of your campaigns by simply replying with "STOP", "UNSUBSCRIBE", or clicking the opt-out button in the template. Our system automatically blocks these numbers from future messages instantly.
All sensitive tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption before being stored in our database. Access is strictly limited to the authorized account owner. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app settings.
By using our app, you agree to Meta's terms and policies. All messages are sent through Meta's official infrastructure.
