Data Deletion Instructions

At MB2S Connect (operated by MB2S Tech), we value your privacy and provide you with full control over your data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated WhatsApp data at any time.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Via the Mobile App (Instant)

Open the MB2S Connect Mobile Application.
Navigate to the Settings tab.
Tap on Delete Account & Data.
Confirm your choice in the popup.

*This action is irreversible and will immediately purge your credentials from our active database.

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the application, you can send a deletion request to our support team:

Email: support@mb2stech.com
Subject: Data Deletion Request
Required Info: The email address associated with your account.

We will process your request and confirm the deletion within 48 hours.

What Data is Removed?

Once your deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently wiped from our production servers:

Meta Business Phone Number IDs and authorized Access Tokens.
All uploaded customer phone lists and contact metadata.
Campaign history, message logs, and performance metrics.
Your user profile and authentication credentials.
